Morsø 7990 with high plain base

The Morsø wood-burning stove – The art of making cast iron weightless

This was the task that the Danish Designer Monica Ritterband set herself, to make cast iron weightless, and now it's here in the shape of the lightweight and elegant Morsø 7900 series.

And it doesn't matter which module combination of the stove is chosen. It's thanks in particular to the small, compressed plinth, that also visually lifts the stove, so the pure and solid cast iron appears light - yes, almost floating.

In the periods when the stove is not being used, it can either be removed entirely or just set to one side when cleaning around the stove
