Behind every Morsø stove lies more than 162 years of stove development.

Quality control is an integral part of the production process

Morsø cast iron stoves have a 10-year guarantee against casting faults and other manufacturing defects in line with our warranty terms.

Morsø steel stoves have a 5-year guarantee against material faults and other manufacturing defects in line with our warranty terms.

“Your stove must have been purchased from Morso, an approved Morso dealer or their appointed agent.

Cast Iron stoves not purchased from one of these sources will carry a reduced 3 year extended warranty. Steel stoves not purchased from one of these sources will carry a reduced 2 year warranty.

In addition your stove must also be installed by your local Morso dealer or their appointed agent and must meet all relevant local building regulations.

In order to maintain the extended warranty your stove must also be serviced and maintained annually by a suitably qualified person and the flue inspected and swept at an appropriate time period for the fuel being used.

All stoves not installed or maintained in this manner will carry only the statutory 12 month warranty.”
