This, for instance, takes place in connection with quite ordinary website interactions, such as e.g. your subscription to our newsletter, participation in a competition/survey, registration as a new user/subscriber, in connection with the use of other services, or with purchases from our website.
We will typically collect and process information such as: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, and which pages you click onto. To the extent that you, yourself, give your explicit consent and provide such information, we shall also process: Name, phone number, e-mail, address, and payment information. This will typically be in connection with your creation of a login or with purchases made on the page.

In compliance with applicable law, comprising the general data protection regulation and the Danish data protection law, we will treat your personal data securely and confidentially.

Purpose

We retain your data for the period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary or relevant. This period depends on the nature of the data and the reason for retention. Thus, it is not possible to give a general timeframe for the point in time when information will be deleted.

One example could be “book an expert”, or when you request to be contacted by a Morsø retailer. Other than this, we never collect personally identifiable information, unless you have, yourself, shared such information with us – e.g. by your registration, newsletter subscription, signing up for an event or for participation in a survey, etc.
The passing on of personal information, such as name and e-mail, etc., shall solely take place on the provision that you, yourself, give your consent thereto. We solely apply data processing units within the EU or in countries capable of providing satisfactory protection of your data.
Insight and complaints
You are entitled to information about which of your personal data we process within an ordinary format (data portability). Further, you can, at all times, raise an objection against our application of this information. You can also revoke your consent to our use of information about you.
