Grilled Flank Steak and Baked Potatoes with Truffle butter

Procedure

Meat
Put the meat in a freezer bag with the rosemary and garlic and let it stand for a couple of hours.

Potatoes

Rub the potatoes well with olive oil, salt and pepper. Wrap them in kitchen foil and bake for approx.. 45 min. at 200 degrees.Truffle butter: Whisk the butter until light and airy and season with paprika, lemon zest, truffle oil and thyme.

Serving

 Grill the meat at high temperature on both sides in a very hot pan or grill and roast for 3-4 min. at 200 degrees. Take the meat out and rest in kitchen foil for 5 min. Cut and serve the meat with the baked potatoes and truffle butter.

Meat

  • 400 g flank steak
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 tbsp pink peppercorns
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Potatoes

  • 2 baking potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Truffle butter

  • 100 g butter 
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ organic lemon, peeled
  • 1 tsp truffle oil
  • 1 bunch Tender thyme
