Frying Dish

The Frying Dish is made of enamelled cast iron, and the porous structure distributes heat and taste like no other material, it can be used as a hot or cold serving dish, and as a base for the grill grate.

A steel handle is available for the frying Dish, which can be used with the frying dish, the grill plates, and the grill plate that comes with Morsø's Grill Forno.
