79NORD sauté pan 26 cm

The Morsø 79NORD series 26 cm sauté pan with glass lid. The pan has interior and exterior satin finish. The handle is of steel and, owing to its induction compatible bottom, the pan is applicable on all heating sources.

The sauté pan is perfect for simmer dishes and ovenproof up to 200 degrees C. The bottom of the pan is 4.8 mm in thickness and consists of an aluminium core that is clad in stainless steel on both sides – also refered to as a sandwich bottom, with the outer layer being magnetic. The heat is evenly and energy-efficiently distributed and retained across bottom as well as sides. The material is lightweight and also very hygienic and easy to clean. The pan can be used on all heating sources – from traditional, glass-ceramic and induction hotplates to gas cookers. Suitable for dishwasher.

The 79NORD series is manufactured of flawless raw materials. Pots and pans are without coating which means that the products can be recycled.
