79NORD Sauté pan with glass lid and ceramic non-stick coating

Sauté pan with glass lid, 26 cm, from Morsø's 79NORD series made of 18/8 stainless steel with satin finish and a 2-layer ceramic non-stick coating. The sauté pan can be used for all heat sources and oven up to 250 degrees. It's great for everyday use and is easy to use and clean.

The base of the pan has an aluminium core with a layer of stainless steel on both sides, also known as a sandwich base, which ensures good heat distribution. The pan is compatible with all kitchen utensils, but we recommend wooden, plastic and silicone utensils. Hand dishwashing is recommended. Washing in the dishwasher will shorten the life of the ceramic coating.
