Morsø Plancha/Grill Plate, reversible - Forno EL Medio

A classic grilling surface combined with a flat frying surface. The reversible cast iron plancha has one side with grill grooves and another with a smooth side, making it ideal for grilling both meat, fish and vegetables. By combining the heat input from the top and bottom, the juices are kept in the meat. The same effect as in an oven.
