79NORD Cookware Set

Set of pots with lid, 8 parts. The 79NORD pots are of 18/8 stainless steel with a bottom that is 4.5 mm in thickness and a glass lid with steam outlet. 1.3 l saucepan w. lid, 16 cm; 1.7 l pot w. lid, 18 cm; 2.4 l pot with lid, 20 cm; 4.0 l pot with lid 24 cm.

The pot bottoms incorporate an aluminium core that is covered in stainless steel on both sides – also referred to as a sandwich bottom – with the outer layer being magnetic. The heat will be evenly and energy-efficiently distributed and retained across both bottom and sides. The material is light and, moreover, easily cleaned. The pots can be used for all heat sources – from conventional hotplates and glass-ceramic and induction cooktops to electric to gas cookers. The products are well suited for cleaning in dishwasher. The pots of the Morsø 79NORD series are satin polished with an interior measuring scale and a bottom thickness of 4.5 mm. The matching glass lids with steam outlet are made of tempered glass. The pots withstand oven temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius. When properly cared for, the cookware will retain its unique properties through decades. Never use scouring powder or sharp objects that may damage the surface. We recommend cleaning with a brush and hot soapy water before using the cookware for the first time. Kitchen utensils of all materials can be applied.
